  I ordered carry-out (wings and pizza), I was looking for someone quick and affordable that day. My total cost was $20.09, which wasn’t too bad with their carry-out deal. Total time it took after placing my order was about 10/15 minutes. I asked for crushed peppers and parmesan, they wanted to charge me a $1.00 each for a small packet—that’s absurd. My wings didn’t come with any sauce, and the quality was questionable. My pizza, I could literally pick up the whole pie bc these workers don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. Back in the days, people used to take pride in their work, now it’s depressing seeing the food industry go to crap bc collecting a paycheck is more important than providing quality service that you’re paid to do. Winco pizza is cheaper, and 10x better—don’t waste your hard earned money on a corporate greed.

  We recently had an issue with our order and after all was said and done, the manager hand delivered pizzas to us. It was excellent customer service. Thank you. You've got a customer for life.

  I recently ordered from Domino’s Pizza, and the experience was smooth, quick, and satisfying. The ordering process was easy, both on the app and on the website, and I appreciated being able to track my order in real time. Everything arrived on schedule, still hot and fresh. The pizza itself was really good — the crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were generous, and the cheese had that classic Domino’s flavor I always enjoy. I also ordered their Parmesan Bread Bites, and they were soft, buttery, and packed with flavor. The dipping sauces were a great addition and made everything even better. The delivery driver was friendly and professional, and everything was packaged neatly. Even the small details, like the pizza being cut cleanly and the boxes arriving without any grease leaks, showed that the store pays attention to quality. Overall, Domino’s delivered exactly what I hoped for: quick service, tasty food, and a reliable experience. It’s a great option when you want something fast, consistent, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

  Very sad to be posting this. Dominos has always been our quick dinner go to. Tonight I wanted an easy dinner for the family so I ordered online as I have done for the last 3 years and 30 minutes later after the tracker said it was cooked and ready I was notified by email that my order was cancelled. I called and spoke to Greg who was very kind and tried to explain it all to me but shared it was confusing to him also as I have ordered several times from that store to my address over the last 3 years. Ended up speaking to Matt the new GM who said it was my problem to figure out and needed to call the Hazel Dell store. I respectfully explained that his customer service needed work based on how he spoke to me and shared how kind Greg was. At the end of the day it’s pizza… but kindness goes a long way. I went online to try to order from the other store but my address automatically updates to their store so I called back to share that information. I am disappointed in how Matt handled the evening and I hope he learns from this. Some training may be needed.
