  Dear Domino's Customer Relations Department & Teresa general manager I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed at your [6300 NE 117th Ave Ste B8 Ste B8, Vancouver, WA 98662·0.9 mi] store. On [December,22,2025], I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and requested that it be cut into squares. The order was placed online, and I made sure to include these special instructions in the notes. However, upon picking up the pizza and bringing it home, I found that the pizza was cut in the traditional pie shape and did not have the extra cheese as requested. When I contacted the store, I initially spoke with a staff member who was very respectful and understanding (I think she said her name was Abby). Unfortunately, my experience with the general manager, Teresa, was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and working to resolve it, Theresa questioned the validity of my request and dismissed my concerns. Teresa told me that the order I placed is indeed what I received, and that there is no option available on the online order to specify how I would like the pizza to be cut, which is all quite far from the truth. She further mentioned that this conversation is being recorded and that I have the option to escalate a complaint to corporate if I so choose. I believe that my experience could have been handled more professionally and with more empathy. Instead of an interrogative approach, I would have appreciated a genuine apology and a willingness to correct the order. While Teresa did eventually say she would send me a coupon as compensation, I wanted to share this feedback to ensure that future customers have a more positive experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope that my next experience with Domino's will be more satisfactory.

  I'm not sure what's going on with this store but not coming back, I tired giving this location a 2nd chance but if can't even eat the food because it's slopped together and soggy. Not even being edible an being expensive doesn't make for a good experience

  Theresa, the manager is awesome. A couple things went wrong, not a big deal, mistakes get made, but she took care of everything immediately. What could have been a problem was actually a good experience because of her service and professionalism. Thank you again for all your help.

  Had a hand tossed pizza for me and a pan for someone else. The hand tossed got me suuper sick. The date was 11/12 roughly around 8. so talk to those employees and just fire everyone. Or open up that employee bathroom for me and just serve me up another hand tossed. Disgusting, cant even eat any food the entire next day.
