    Drive thru was fast. Curds were hot. Pretzels were salty. Cheese dip was warm and creamy. Highly recommend.

    It would be great if the food from a drive thru order was actually what I ordered and paid for. Ordered a 6pc chicken basket with gravy. I was very surprised at how quick my order was ready, surprised how light my container felt and wondered why I didn't feel heat from FRESH cooked food. Get home, less than 4 minutes away, and my 6pc was a 4pc, if you could even count these tiny strips as a whole piece. Chicken cold, fries cold, toast cold, gravy was luke warm. Is it so terribly hard to be proud of the food you serve in a food establishment? Or verify the order is correct before you hand it out? I took pics and saved my receipt to take to the store and ask for a manager to get my money back. I have had STELLAR food from the MacArthur store every time I have picked up takeout. I can confidently say I will never order from this store again. Over 13$ for tiny pieces of cold chicken, cold fries.... meh. Update: I spoke with a manager, provided receipt and showed the pics of my order. I was offered a replacement meal, but asked for a refund.

    4 of us stopped on New Year’s Day to eat lunch. Decided to go across to Burgerville because homeless people where sitting in your lobby, homeless cart In front of the door and in the parking lot.
