Was super excited when a new location was coming to my neighborhood.. it is the DT location by New Seasons.. unfortunately, everytime into this location, there are at least 3 employees just standing there and the food looks DISGUSTING!!! I have, no joke, gone in 3 times around dinner, and without fail, everything looks completely dirty and picked over.. I don't understand why the containers have to have caked on dried rice and crusty meat? So disappointing.. my friend, who lives in the same neighborhood has the same experience.. I would eat here all the time if it wasn't awful looking..

After showing the employee the order twice she kept insisting on seeing the address in a very rude manner. I was able to confirm the address of the location. She was very disrespectful and acting as if we are the ones inconveniencing her. They were out of the meat we ordered and sofritas. She did not try to resolve the issue or offer alternatives. After 15 minutes of back and forth and us trying to "prove" we placed the order at that location we decided to leave. We asked them for a refund which they didn't help us with either. Very frustrating experience. We understand technical issues happen and we were very understanding however the way the girl handled it was extremely unprofessional. Wasted 30 minutes going there and back and probably will spend another 30 tomorrow trying to contact support to get a refund.
