  Chipotle fan and was really excited about this new location. Just went my fourth time since they opened and every time they don’t have chicken or something ready. Today came in at 12:10pm and needed to wait 6-7 mins for chicken and vegetables. Saw several people leave because of this so they are losing business.

  When you order ahead you get half a bowl of food. Wait time was soooo long even when we ordered ahead, it wasn’t ready for pick up. Then got home and opened it up and only had half a bowl. Order was supposed to be 2 double chicken bowls and I got two half bowls. Chicken had so many fatty, unbeatable pieces. They also forgot the queso. Absolutely ridiculous for spending $37.

  This place sucks. So bummed! Stopped in around 5pm. No one seems interested in helping the one person working the line, nor are they interested in moving with any haste. Lines of people backing up, kitchen looks filthy with boxes strewn about the back, food morsels all over the counter and intermixed between bins, and the pork I was served was minuscule and looked like dried out boot leather that had to be scraped off of the bottom of the bin before the server ordered more from the back. I honestly threw it away when I got home. Corporate, don’t open the restaurant if you aren’t going to staff the place with people who want to be there or train the employees right. I have seen other stores, this looks like complete mismanagement. You really missed the mark on this location. Maybe it will get better, but for now. It really sucks.

  Food was good. Nothing different than any other chipotle. The one thing I would say they did have a lot of people but most were occupied with what I assumed was catering orders. When we got our food the portions were definitely on the lower ends. They were out of a lot of stuff. But one again there was three boxes of catering they were occupied with. I’m not blaming the workers it’s not on them that chipotle added a catering item for a same day pick up through the app. Definitely should learn from it. I spent $31 dollars for a bowl and a burrito definitely could have gotten more somewhere else. Employees were cool tho.

  I never complain when eating out-ever, but I'm doing this in hopes the manager, GM, owner or whoever is responsible for this site sees this. Your staff are struggggggling! We fully recognize this is a new location and gave it some time after our first terrible experience before we gave it a second try, because honestly, there's no way they could let that stuff keep happening. But, here we are and it was worse! We came in at 11:15am for a salad before lunch rush, almost all the bins were empty and what little meat was there was so dry and guaranteed from the night before. The portions were maybe a quarter what you normally get, no dressing. 8 employees and only my husband, myself and one other person in the whole place. We won't be back for a long time if ever. Help your staff out and provide training. I wanted to hop back and help them myself!
