First worker said "no you are online order. You need to pay in store" and I responded "no, not a soda cup from my rewards. I just wanted a water cup please." She repeated herself and then had another one of her coworkers tell me the same exact thing, stating i must pay IN STORE to receive a WATER CUP. They were rude, ignored what I was saying and shrugged her shoulders when I said "just a water cup". I am a paying customer, through the app Requesting for WATER. There is no way this is part of their rules.
