  42 dollars for 2 bowls and 2 drinks?? I haven't been to Chipotle in years but dang.. no thanks. We got the dry scraping from the bottom. And they charge extra to add cheese?

  This location sucks. They are constantly out of food 90 minutes before closing. This store manager / franchise owner should work on that.

  The staff are always nice but at this specific location the last 2 times I got their burrito bowl the chicken was pretty burnt.

  I have eaten at several Chipotle restaurants and have always had an enjoyable meal, but never such a bad experience as I did at this location. All the protein options were almost gone, dry, and not very appealing. I asked the server for something fresher, he told me it would take 1/2 hour and I was there at 4:30pm, just before dinner time. There were plenty of staff on duty, but most of whom were just standing around and talking; there was nothing on the grill at the time. I got the chicken and was very disappointed with the quality of the meal; it didn't even smell very appetizing, and I ended up throwing it out! This location was overwhelmingly disappointing.

The ingredients taste high-quality, and everything is prepared right in front of you, which makes the whole experience feel transparent and trustworthy. My burrito bowl was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and generously portioned. The guacamole was fresh and creamy, and the chips were warm and crispy with the perfect amount of salt. What also stands out about Chipotle is their commitment to using responsibly sourced ingredients. It’s nice to enjoy fast, convenient food while still feeling confident that the company cares about quality and sustainability. The service was excellent — fast, polite, and attentive. Even during busy hours, the line moved quickly, and the team kept the environment clean and organized, including the dining area. It’s clear that the staff works hard to maintain a high standard. Overall, Chipotle Mexican Grill continues to deliver a great fast-casual dining experience. Delicious food, fresh ingredients, affordable prices, and excellent service make it one of my go-to places for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys flavorful Mexican-inspired dishes made just the way you like them.
