Burrito Bowl..was given 16 pinto beans on a spoon of rice, asked for more and was told they would have to get more from the back. (then get it.....) asked for Barbacoa, he tried a soup spoon to get it out of fluid, was then told they were OUT, my son ordered 2 steak Burritos, one got 3/4 of a spoon of rice, the other he asked for more and got 1/4 spoon. 1/2 spoon of meat...they looked like what Taco Bell would give you. When I got home, realized they had given me Carnitas, not Chicken. At 610PM and 2 people in store should have left because that was a glaring clue. Service people seemed upset I asked for more (what other Chipotles serve). Won't be going back ever. I'm 70, son is 37....service and value abysmal.

What used to feel like a filling meal now feels like a snack in a bowl. To make it worse, they were out of half the toppings. No clear notice, no alternatives offered, just a stripped-down menu and full price. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least offer a full menu and portions that justify the cost. This place used to be reliable. Now it’s overpriced, under-portioned, and poorly stocked. I won’t be back anytime soon.
