He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn't have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That's a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!

I had a wonderful experience with Liam at the in-store ordering counter, and hope they get lots of bonuses and recognition for just being an awesome person in general. I was under caffeinated and on my way up north to Seattle for a long drive and had a lot of questions because I don’t come to burgerville often, and Liam was so helpful, enthusiastic, and I could tell they actually care. Thank you for making the day better!

Seeing the baskets I was really suprised at the size of the pieces of so called cod . Did we order a child’s meal ? No , well should have been . The fries were super old kinda burned and soggy . The dogs wouldn’t even eat them . The so called fish was not seasoned super small and not cod . Again I am super dissatisfied with bugerviille , do better . We pay for good food and chose YOU but when you give out food of that quality it calls into question if eating out is even worth it . So so so disappointed
