Since burgervile introduced the tip options on their payment system, customer service went out the window. Drive through employees are becoming extremely rude when you skip the tip. I am going through the drive through and spending a small fortune to feed a family of 6. The prices are already inflated, which is expected for Fresh local food and on top of that I have to tip or face the rude treatment and snappy attitude? No thank you!

Service was not good. The trans boy that helped me was very nice but didn't have a clue about the menu and seemed like he needed more training.
