I actually avoid Burgerville unless I'm desperate for food because of the tip screen. It is offensive that the ownership thinks the public should subsidize their employees. No other fast food place asks for tips. I'm disgusted at leadership.

We asked for extra lettuce, and they did not even give us the sauce we asked for. I am not one to complain. But it was something I was craving and paying for. Yes I understand its late and we showed up at 10:20pm but customer service important.
