Unfortunately this location has poor quality control. We recently moved to the area and this is our local BVille. We have been here 4 times now and 3 out of the 4 times our order has been messed up. Tonight they forgot my wife’s chicken tinders and I had to drive back to get them. Previously we had a missing burger and before that two incorrect items that we just dealt with. Another time we ordered a large shake to share and paid with a $20 and the lady took our twenty handed us our shake and said good night and walked off. When she came back she acted confused and we had to request our change from her. I love Burgerville and this one is close to our new home but I can’t recommend this location and sadly will likely be going across the street to McDonald’s in the future. I don’t expect perfection from fast food but we’ve given this location several chances and it keeps disappointing.

Always a treat when I'm in Vancouver! Friendly, fast service and the best burgers made with fresh local ingredients. Not a greasy mess. THIS is what a burger is meant to be. (No comment on atmosphere because I'm always short on time. Drive through only.)

It's so sad when a quality, fairly priced, locally sourced restaurant suddenly changes things up, for the worse. I have eaten twice at my Local Burgerville in the past week and the quality of the food has drastically changed. Last night my partner and I had dinner there - 4 piece fish and chips, sub sweet potato fries for regular, a number 6, and a 22 oz iced tea - all for the low (sarcasm to follow) price of $31.00 and a $3.00 tip. Now let's get in to the weeds. The fish is no longer Halibut, it's Pacific cod and the pieces of fish looked like thin, cookie cutter "fillets", not at all like the flaky Halibut they used to serve. The sweet potato fries tasted waxy and were definitely prepackaged frozen imitations of the plump, cut in store fries they used to serve. My partner and I love fish and chips, but if I want fast food fish I will go across the street to McDonalds and get a fish sandwich now. As for my #6, Carmen Ranch grass fed and finished burger, well, can you say cardboard?! Way overcooked, dry, and I seriously doubt it even started out as a quarter pound of meat. Such a sad waste of quality beef. Finally the Arnold Palmer (iced tea and lemonade mixed together.) The menu said fresh brewed tea and fresh squeezed lemons. I asked the cashier if the lemonade was squeezed in house. She said, "oh no, we get it in frozen." Okay, I get that, bit it tasted like powdered lemonade to both my partner and I. I get that the cost of everything has gone up, but when your reputation is built on quality, great tasting fast food, and then you start serving cheap, mass produced, overpriced food, maybe it's time to give it up. I'd still go there if they continued to serve the same high quality food they used to, even if they raised the prices to keep the quality, but alas, they have seen my last $35.00. 10/21/25: Well, since Burgerville responded to me and told me to come back and try again, I thought I’d give them another chance. So I stopped by for lunch the other day and ordered the fish and chips and got exactly the same crap. Small, dry, stamped out pieces of cod and waxy tasting frozen sweet potato fries. I took one bite of the fish and ate a couple of fries while I was sitting in the parking lot and decided you know what, I’m not paying for this junk. So I got back in the order line and told the person on the speaker that I wanted a return on my lunch. They were actually really friendly and said no problem. Just pull ahead to the second window and we’ll refund your money. They were very nice about it, and when I asked why they switched to cod the woman at the window said.” I heard that halibut is in short supply this season but we should be getting it back soon.” This reviewer will never spend another dime to find out if they ever bring back halibut and hand, cut sweet potato fries. So sad.😢 I forgot to mention that a small portion of lousy tasting fries and four tiny pieces of fish cost me almost $15. I know the price of everything is higher these days but that is just outrageous.
