  First off I came through the drive thru about 2:00 pm dead as it can be. I ordered for my family, two kids cheeseburgers meal and two northwest. I paid everything was fine until I went to the second one. I wasn’t greeted for three minutes and then I get told to park without even of our drinks. Then I go in to see the hold up keep in mind it’s been a solid ten minutes. I see the boss David practically yelling at his employees then walks away without helping them. So that was enough for me to just walk away and go somewhere else even though I paid that was enough to see how the boss treats his employees

  They're slammed and busting their buttons. The front lady is so nice and trying to make sure everyone is being tended to. We were dine in and the amount of to go orders they had made sense why they're rushing around. We're from out of town. Probably wont be back cause of the price but all is well.

  I like that you can see this Burgerville from the parking lot of Shake Shack. I imagine it’s like seeing an ex-wife after the bitterness is over and you’ve had time to move on and realize you deserve better.

  I used to live in Vancouver, WA about 25 years ago and I remember LOVING the fish and chips at Burgerville, and thinking it was great to get such high quality at a fast food restaurant. I've been living here again for the past two years. Very early on I went in for "fish and chips" to see if it was still as good as I remembered. NOPE. I remember telling myself, "don't need to eat here again." For some reason, I gave them another chance last week. We ordered a black cod sandwich meal (regular size), and a 6 piece fish and chips meal (regular size). $39.56. ALMOST FORTY DOLLARS?! We hadn't even received the food, but I already regretted it. Once I'd bitten into the sandwich, though, I didn't just regret it, I was livid. My fist bite, and I didn't even get any fish. By the third bite I had finally found the black cod "shavings," they were passing off as filets. Please see photos. The pieces of fish in the fish and chips were quite small, perhaps three quarters of an inch thick and about three inches square. I felt completely ripped off. I've been wanting to visit a high quality seafood restaurant in Portland who has fish and chips on the menu, also for $20, and I wish I had just finally ventured over there.

  The kids that work there are very polite, they pay attention to your order and they've never gotten it wrong so far. Probably one of the best burgervilles around for that reason.
