We came in excited with punch cards from another location and although this Baskin-Robbins location does not accept them, she handled the situation with such grace and even offered to manually document on our cards that we had purchased from this location in an effort to help us get our “free” icecream next time at the location that does accept them. She was so sweet and pleasant and truly made our experience a positive one! She is the epitome of excellent customer service and we really appreciated her!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
