    When my caregiver and I entered I could tell the employees were noticing I had a walker and other disabilities and knew how to best help. The lady who took my order was very patient and kind. She went above and beyond when my caregiver had to step outside for a second. She made sure she let me know when she put down my drink cup. We were aloud to take all the time we needed to eat and move without being rushed. Thank you so much for everything. What a wonderful experience.

    I will forever be a huge Arby's fan, their food is so underrated I think. They don't have the hype they deserve. Everything I've got here is always hitting the spot. Also, best chocolate shake ever

    This place is great, the staff is nice. Good people overall! My clutch went out in my car and I was able to park it behind Arby's for a few days until I could afford to get it moved.... I really appreciate it!

    This location has really gone downhill. I have ordered quite a few times and I always get the French dip sandwich. I'll be lucky if half the time I order I actually get the au jus sauce. The food is usually cold to and it's not cause of how long it takes to get to me. I order from farther and it arrives hot. Will no longer order from here which sucks cause I love their food

    We placed a mobile order, gave the store 20-30 min to prepare before we showed up. When we arrived we were told it would be 15 minutes before beef was ready (we had ordered 3 beef and cheddar melts) no big deal because I’ve worked in food service before so I get it. We ask if we can park in one of the parking spots nearby and they say yes. We wait for 30-35 minutes before we pull back around (thought they would come out with our food but thought maybe not since it’s late.) pull back around and were told it would be 4 more minutes on our sandwiches. Never offered even half our food while waiting, nothing for the wait, nothing. Then 5-10 minutes pass and someone else comes to the window and tells us they’re out of turnovers and ask if we want something else so we say we’ll take another mozzarella stick. Another 10 minutes pass and finally our food is being handed out. They don’t give us the extra mozzarella stick, they didn’t apologize a SINGLE time. Didn’t offer anything for us waiting over an hour after being super friendly and understanding. And I ordered 2 shakes both large, and when the guy was handing them to us I was like umm those are both supposed to be large and he argued and said one said regular and I was like well we’ve been waiting a long time regardless can you give me a large? And had an attitude about it.. are you joking??? I get it everyone who was working was kids. But to have employees walking past the window eating their food while we’ve been waiting over an hour for ours, forgetting our extra mozzarella sticks for being out of turn overs, arguing about the shakes. Then eating out highly anticipated 45 minute beef and cheddar melts there’s a tiny dollop of cheese and sauce after making us wait forever?? Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve only every worked in food service and this is the only complaint I’ve ever made in my life. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
