We ordered 2 double beef and cheddars in meals and a double roast beef in a meal with an extra double beef and cheddar just the sandwich. When we got home we were missing the double roast beef sandwich and when opening the double beef n cheddars we found it was just regular beef n cheddars not doubles. So we drove all the way back handed the receipt and offered to show the pictures of the mistakes they then made us all new sandwichs. You'd think that would be the end but nope got home and all 3 double beef n cheddars were double beef but only single cheddars. And that was the manager makeing sure the sandwichs were right this time. So yeah defo need on the job training for all of them. Must be hard for the franchise owner to get decent workers when even the management is lacking.
