    I’ve been coming to Chipotle for a while, but this particular location has really gone downhill—and it’s mostly because of the staff. The food is still what you’d expect, but the customer service makes the whole experience frustrating. Some of the employees come off as rude and uninterested, like they don’t want to be there at all. There’s barely any greeting, no effort to be polite, and asking for anything extra feels like you’re inconveniencing them. The worst part is when you ask for something simple, like extra chicken (which you’re paying for), and they act like it’s coming out of their own paycheck. You get attitude, eye rolls, or stingy portions that don’t match what you asked for. It honestly makes you not even want to come back—not because of the food, but because of how you’re treated. Customer service matters, and right now this location really misses the mark. Hopefully management takes notice and works on improving the staff’s attitude, because it’s driving customers away.

    I’m super sad because I was craving chipotle tonight and was really excited to eat. I had asked for the red sauce and while looking at what else I wanted when I looked up I noticed he put a full ladle full. My rice and chicken was absolutely doused. I honestly felt shy to say something. I have been to chipotle so many times and have never seen someone dump an entire ladle full. I love the salsa because it’s hot but it’s realllly spicy. I couldn’t even eat my bowl. And I’ve had heart burn all night. I probably should’ve said something when I noticed but I honestly felt bad if I had to waste food. Or maybe it was my fault I should’ve said just a little bit of red sauce, regardless that is what I will say from now on. Love the atmosphere in the salmon creek one though. I usually love chipotle food is always fresh! Maybe ask if they want a full serving-I just wasn’t expecting that because I have never had that done.
