- TBTaylor BradyMar 29, 20261.0I’ve given this location multiple tries, thinking it’s just a one off, and they never get it right. The last several times , my burrito bowl has been half the amount I usually receive — the rice not even covering the bottom of the bowl. Tonight, the steak had an awful taste to it and I stopped eating it. I’m assuming it was bad? The chips are so stale, as if the grease soaked into them and they’ve sat for quite some time. $50 for 3 meals is quite a bit to get such low quality food and service. We will spend our time and money elsewhere.

Y'all need a sign on the door and on the app letting folks know you're basically closed for business.

So much of the chicken is inedible because of the cartilage or tendon or whatever is left inside the chicken. I have had to spit out so many bites of chicken. This has been an issue for as long as I've gone to chipotle, but it has been so much more with this specific location. I also did not get the salsa I ordered, and they instead gave me two of the corn salsas, which means my week of meals is essentially flavorless and I had to buy my own salsa on top of it. I am bummed, because I do love the flavors of everything at chipotle, so I get it quite often despite constantly having to spit out bites of chicken.
