  Their delivery app uses doordash, which is absolutely atrocious, they have messed app my order so many times to the point where I have lost faith in this location, on top of that, when you use Chick-fil-A delivery, it redirects you to DoorDash, and then you are then considered a third party user, In which any disputes get thrown out the door, i paid thirty three dollars for food, and when I was only delivered the spoons and napkins and sauces, i disputed it and only got $2 back, i mean, in one hand you think that the employees hired here by people who call themselves a professional adult manager would know how to bag something properly. But then, in the other hand you'd think people hired by DoorDash would know which bag to grab, idk im just frustrated that I can spend $33 on an order and then get spit on and thrown around and only get sent $2 back when they realize somebody messed up, the economy not in a place where people can afford mess ups! I've already disputed it with my bank and got my money back but it's the principal of the entire situation that really makes me pissed off.

  So wonderful that they're closed on Sundays. It would be even more wonderful if they were closed on all the other days too 🙏 $12 for chicken nuggets. I thought I was gonna really get my fill after a hard workout. What they gave me was 12 tiny nuggets the size of small tater tots that could fit into an 6-8 ounce cup. This "christian" organization should do some bible study on what scripture says about ripping people off.

  I don’t usually go through the drive-thru, but today I stopped at the Chick-fil-A near Vancouver Mall and the energy of the team really stood out. The staff were smiling and upbeat, and one of the managers was even dancing and singing while helping the team. You could tell the atmosphere was positive and that people genuinely enjoyed working there. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe meal, and everything came out quickly and exactly right. The great attitude from the team made the whole stop feel welcoming instead of rushed. Thank you to the staff for making my lunch break better today.

  Worst customer service I've experienced at any ChickfilA. Sat at the drive through menu stop for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Had to holler HELLO and Jose finally answered. Car in front of us has a big order so we sat for 8 minutes waiting on them instead of the window lady asking them to pull up. She must have known them because they were chatting the entire time. To no surprise it took us less than a minute to complete our transaction and get our food because it was sitting there ready. This was really disappointing considering there were only three cars at the restaurant. I can't imagine how horribly they would handle a rush.
