- BMBen Means4 days ago1.0All around unpleasant. Had to wait forever just for a milkshake, was asked for a tip before even getting the damn thing, and when I got it, it tasted like wet cardboard. I took one taste and threw it away. The waiting area was hot. There were flies. And the entire staff seemed disorganized. Would not recommend and will not return.

They started making my milkshake after I arrived and then took an extra five minutes to make it because she’s taking an order for a drive-through while she’s making my milkshake. Definitely feel like she could’ve made the milkshake and then taken in order. Or the other three people that were standing around doing nothing could’ve taken the order or made my milkshake. Doesn’t seem very efficient to have one person doing two different jobs and three people standing around.

Sure they're a bit pricey but not as bad as 5 Guys these days. It's like Oregon's version of California's In N Out but better. We always stop at of of several Burgervilles when we travel to Oregon to visit family from Washington. Always what we expect and always better than the others around.
