  There is NO reason that drive thru should be that slow with an empty restaurant. Waited 15 minutes with two cars in front of me just to get the wrong food. I ordered the most simple things. Arby's classic amd a 2pc tender. Tenders were hard and gross and I got a a roast beef with nasty cheese on it. Fully staffed. This is my 3rd time, same experience. Ridiculous

  Food is great, the place is clean, bathrooms are kept clean, and staff is friendly and helpful... My only complaint is that I've had several instances of not receiving what I've ordered. Either missing food or not the correct item (single burger when I ordered and paid for a double). To be fair, that doesn't happen often, but it happens enough that I check my bag every time I make a purchase. Overall, I still eat here often and enjoy the food.

  Went through the drive thru and was only one other car in front of me and it took 25 minutes from the time I order my food to the time I got it. What look like the manager was in the parking lot smoking and talking with a associate for atleast 30 minutes and was not worried about it was taking so long for the food order
