  I worked as a delivery driver and would like to leave a very negative review about this restaurant and its management. I am a person with a disability following a serious medical condition. I still have significant issues with hand coordination and speech. It is physically difficult for me to quickly take bags from someone’s hands, so I need orders to be placed on a table so I can safely pick them up. Due to my condition, I also have noticeable speech difficulties and an accent. Instead of showing basic human understanding, the staff at this restaurant behaved in a humiliating and disrespectful way: they hid the order, turned bags away from me, and acted arrogantly, making it even harder for me to do my job. It felt like I was being treated with prejudice — as an immigrant, as someone with a speech impairment, and as a person with a disability. When I tried to explain the situation and point out that this behavior was unacceptable, the restaurant simply blocked me from picking up orders. For me, this is not just an “unpleasant experience” — it is a loss of income and my ability to pay for necessary medication. I always come clean, well-presented, and follow all hygiene standards. Despite my health condition, I am trying to keep working and live with dignity. However, in this restaurant, people like me seem to be treated as unwanted. I and my friends will never use this place again. I believe this kind of treatment toward people with disabilities, immigrants, and delivery drivers is unacceptable. I hope management will eventually understand that behind every driver is a real human being, not someone to be treated with disrespect.

  This McDonald's is the best in the area. Staff are always friendly, and the inside is clean and well-maintained. They also do incredible work supporting the local community with fundraising takeovers and donations!

  Food is good, Mcdonalds is always good. The service and atmosphere not really. Me and my friends went here earlier (mind u, i eat mcdonalds EVERY FRIDAY) and i get it why they have to close it for 2-4 pm cus of the students, but i dont really like their approach earlier. We were outside and we couldnt get in, so i asked them why cant we get in and they CASUALLY said that “we’re not here to babysit you” smth like that while eating fries in front of me, and dont call me sensitive or smth it was js the way he said it that offended me. The fact that he was so chill abt it and did not offer any alternatives like “u cant get in but u can order online or blabla” like if i didnt ask, they wouldve never told me. But anw, I really love mcdonalds and i just dont like getting treated poorly just bcus im a kid. I wouldnt normally leave a bad review for smth and i get it that theyre tired but costumers regardless of age should be treated equally!

  Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Ordered food on the app and was never given a pick up code. Went in and talk to the manager and showed her the receipt and that ch card was charged. Said she couldn’t do anything and to call corporate. Did even bother to make the $10 order right. Zero customer service skills. I’ll never go back and will encourage other not to either. The problem could have easily been resolved with a competent manager.

  The drive thru guy, Seit, I think it was. He had phenomenal customer service, some of the best I have seen in a LONG time. He provided warm, welcoming vibes, and even fistbumped me. He's a real one, and you should increase his pay/hours.
