  I am done. 3 times over the last year I have ordered carry out. All 3 times I have been standing for 15 to 20 minutes while 1 or 2 people are in the back. There is never anyone in the front to help customers. Each time they were at least 20 to 30 minutes late with my order (which were pre scheduled hours before). Today I show up and after 20 minutes a man finally came out of the back to say my order was not even started. It was not his fault. The owners scheduled only him and no one else. Never going back to this store. This franchise owner needs to properly staff. Quit trying to cheap out on the labor.

  The slowest service ever. Always disappointed with this store. Always low staffed and long wait time. Management seems to be very unprofessional.

  I ordered my food. It didn’t come for over an hour and a half. It was for delivery and then when I called to get answers the manager, Anna or ann whatever her name is at that location canceled my order and had a nasty attitude over the phone, not pleased with the service at all

  They got our order wrong. We called and got an outsourced phone service from India. Literally what? Then stayed on hold for 20 mins waiting to get service. I don’t understand at all why everything - including delivery - is outsourced at this store. What an awful, awful experience.

  Got a raw pizza took it back and the worker inspected the pizza as if I was would lie about a pizza not being cooked, he offered to remake the pizza but when I asked him to remake my other items (wings and breadsticks, which I brought everything back whole to store) he said he couldn't and that only the pizza was messed up, so I explained to him that because of the error of the pizza and the trip back to the store from my home had caused everything to be cold and I hadn't even eaten a thing, so it should be common courtesy to remake everything for his own error and he said he could not. Obviously I asked for my money back in which he replied "I can't do it till tomorrow morning since that's when the manager comes". Not only could I not get my food, but I also couldn't get my money back. As a person who personally has run food establishments before, the way to resolve this would have been to simply remake everything out of courtesy for giving undercooked food to a customer. Was not helped in anyway, shape, or form. I called store multiple times calls end up at some call center out of USA asked to be transferred to store many times, calls always dropped. Super unsatisfactory behavior, will be reporting to health department, AGO, and possibly lawyer.
