Quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and French fries supposed to be a medium totally not the quality of workers there really suck they have no pride in what they do they give you cold food when it's supposed to be hot

I really don't think you can" fix" this you need to sit down with all your employees at your McDonald's and talk to them! About their work, if their performance at their job is poorly then basically the problem is in your lap...
How many other customers go through the same thing as I did last night, I just will not be coming back to this McDonalds!

Good location, only issue is they close the lobby so early, 8pm, but the store is clean and staff are nice.

Seriously, what happened to the McDonald's in University Place? We ate in the dining area for the first time since they remodeled. There were no self-service drinks, no refills, you can't even get your own napkins anymore, I had to go to the counter and wait for somebody to notice me so I could ask for ketchup (and the guy didn't even hand it to me; we had to wait for him to bring it to the table) and the price was exorbitant. Eek.

Very bad customer service hung up on me for no reason when I asked a simple question. And answer only after a while and didnt even want to answer me when I asked.
