Went in and talk to the manager and showed her the receipt and that ch card was charged. Said she couldn’t do anything and to call corporate. Did even bother to make the $10 order right. Zero customer service skills. I’ll never go back and will encourage other not to either. The problem could have easily been resolved with a competent manager.

- DDDFeb 8, 20262.0This location (bridgeport) consistently has subpar food. I have given repeated chances and it’s the same thing every time. The McDonalds on 19th and Mildred is worth the drive and far superior in taste and freshness. The bridgeport location noticeably has a younger (high school age) crew, always new employees, whereas the other location seems to retain the same veteran employees. It definitely shows in the quality of food and service. It’s unfortunate as the location is convenient, but it’s a gamble on the food that too often errs on the side being stale (burgers are never fresh here). Staff is generally friendly, but the food needs attention.
