I really don't think you can" fix" this you need to sit down with all your employees at your McDonald's and talk to them! About their work, if their performance at their job is poorly then basically the problem is in your lap... How many other customers go through the same thing as I did last night, I just will not be coming back to this McDonalds!

There were no self-service drinks, no refills, you can't even get your own napkins anymore, I had to go to the counter and wait for somebody to notice me so I could ask for ketchup (and the guy didn't even hand it to me; we had to wait for him to bring it to the table) and the price was exorbitant. Eek.
