  For years, the customer service here has been very consistently professional, communicative, I've never been pressured to buy anything, and these guys really work to make sure their customers are satisfied from most of my experiences. The current night team is phenomenal, personable, and knows how to communicate to different people; food is done well, they double check orders and keep the food in good quality.

  Which Jimmy John’s location requires 3 employees and 26 minutes to make a sandwich? University Place, apparently. After placing my single-sandwich order 15 mins in advance, I waited another 10+ minutes in an almost empty store with 3–4 employees on shift. One staff member thought the best use of their time would be spent confirming each topping individually like it was a NASA launch sequence (“so you want tomato? And you want lettuce? And you want mayonnaise? And you want mustard?”) instead of jumping on the line to help. Not exactly the speed you’d brag about. The sandwiches are good but this isn’t the place to go if you’re on a lunch break or tight schedule.

  Don't have high expectations, I stood at the counter and 3 people working on menial tasks completely ignored me for a good 3 minutes. The drive thru person finally came over and took my order, came across rudely and couldn't be bothered to get a cup for the drink. Get it together Jimmy John's customers make your paycheck you can at least acknowledge them

  Kaitlynn and Bryan are the best. Super friendly and accommodating I highly recommend this location!
