    Ordered 2 blizzards. They told us to pull forward and wait for our ice cream. When we got it and it was all melted.

    Shoutout to my Cashier Riley, I could tell they were very very overwhelmed due to a busy night, ice cream machine was down for the night and there was a backup in the kitchen which cars were in the parking lot waiting for orders, and Rileys perseverance really made me happy. They rushed our food out to our car and substituted the ice cream for dilly bars, which my girlfriend loved!

    Went to go get blizzards for my son and I and they told me they dont have any ice cream to serve, keep in mind the place dont close for another 20 minutes.

    Dairy queen you've really gone down hill order two blizzards one a Reese royal no peanut butter in sight cups wasn't even filled totally a joke and waste of money and time it's really sad because I'm old enough to remember when you actually took pride in your product this is embarrassing your response to me and others customers further show you could care less i will never return as someone who runs a business do better by your customers and won't lose customers
