  We got a Stawberry Angel Food Blizzard. The mix-ins were minimal and most of the blizzard was plain vanilla past the first 4 top bites. The medium Hot Fudge Sunday was also minimally covered and most of the fudge was on the side of the icecream.

  The place is going down hill. Our blizzards tasted like plain 'ol milkshakes. They very then, needed a straw instead of a spoon. There were hardly any toppings in them.

  My family and I came in and were greeted immediately. I told the crew I was going to order in the app. After ordering, we were delivered hot and fresh food. Alylah was friendly and attentive. She made sure we didn't need anything else. For a warm day, it was surprisingly not crowded and the AC was wonderful. Thank you Alylah and crew for making our day just a touch better. (I wasn't able to leave a survey through the receipt, so I'm leaving it here.)

  My recent visit was really disappointing from start to finish. Several employees came up to me asking if I’d ordered different items—sandwiches, then tenders—but no one seemed to know what was going on. My order was #47, and it still hadn’t been called after quite a while. The restroom situation was also very concerning. As a young woman, I had an older man accidentally walk in on me because there were no locks on the door, and they give out the same code to everyone. That’s a serious safety and privacy issue. Overall, the customer service was unprofessional, and despite being fully staffed, the team seemed disorganized and unhappy to be there. Having worked in fast food myself, I know things can get busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of care isn’t acceptable. This was my third visit with the same issues, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
