  For the love of god please stop putting ROSEMARY ON THE FAJITA VEGGIES. It it completely throws off the taste. Please stop doing that whoever’s doing it.

  This Chipotle location has become incredibly inconsistent and has really gone downhill lately. Honestly, most Chipotle locations can be hit or miss, but this one has been especially bad. The portions are small, items are missing from the order, and the quality just is not there anymore. The quesadillas have come with unmelted cheese, which makes no sense, and the food has had almost no flavor, like they forgot to season it. That is really disappointing, especially when you are paying for food you expect to at least be prepared correctly. What makes it worse is that we used to come here at least twice a week, so this is not based on just one bad visit. It has been a pattern. It is frustrating to see a place we used to go to so often drop so much in quality. At this point, it is hard to justify coming back.

  I eat here at least once a month and it's very inconsistent. The food is usually good enough, but there is something missing from the order frequently. I usually dont bother leaving a review but this time was especially disappointing. The bag leaked with black bean juice so bad that the bag broke and I had a literal puddle of black bean juices on the floor in the passenger seat. The juices got all over my friend's purse and shoes. We ordered salads idk how they managed to fill them with juice of black beans it's absurd haha. On top of that, we both ordered and paid for guacamole to be added to our orders and neither of us got any.

  Biggest complaint is as we are eating in the restaurant there was 2 sets of music playing. One from the restaurant speakers and another completely different sound from workers portable speaker working the drive thru line. Who does that. After asking for them to just pick one song and play that we were completely ignored and scoffed at. Reading previous reviews this seams to be the culture at this chipotle. Burrito was barely warm at best and this was a 1:20 which is a busy time and eating in restaurant right after they made the burrito So food was cold and 2 sets of music playing in the restaurant with no one even batting an eyelash to do anything about this. Completely disrespectful to all dine in customers that want to enjoy a peaceful lunch.

  I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with this location. I placed an online order for delivery and added extras through the app, expecting the portions to reflect that. When the food arrived, the bowls were barely filled, not even close to a proper serving, let alone with extras. We went to the store to address the issue, and the manager (Ariana) was dismissive and insisted that the portions were correct. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she told us to go get a refund ourselves and, without asking or getting our consent, threw our food away in front of us. That was incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable. I also submitted a complaint through the official link they provided. Their solution was to give me one free Chipotle item, which does nothing to address what actually happened or how we were treated. This was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this location.
