  Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins before I even got to the window to pay for my food. I decided to just go elsewhere...Avoid this location at all costs otherwise you'll burn up your lunch break and still be hungry

  I waited in line 20 minutes to order. Then I ordered with the ridiculous AI bot and once I got to the window they said it was going to be another 6-7 minutes before my food was ready. Wasted a HALF AN HOUR before I got my food and it was the wrong order.

  Are first time eating here not impressed. Decided we'll just continue to go to the Peppermen they have better food..

  Today I am just a number. From AI that takes your order just to push more sales to you for those dang key chains to staff inside that just want you gone. Today I felt as though I did not matter and they just needed my money. The person at the window had no customer service skills and simply shoved the food out the window without as much of a thank you. He seemed like I inconvienced him for my #1 meal. Sorry for ordering food I guess, I am the one in the wrong for getting handed my paid for food. Sorry Wendy's I expected better service than McDonalds. If I wanted to be treated like a number and rushed away, I will go there. Wendys was better than McDonalds but not after today.
