Have gone there probably 3-4 times and everytime they’ve gotten something wrong with my order. Trying to speak to someone about fixing the order is always an issue. Don’t waste your time or money.

I spent two days calling this store to order a cake for my son’s birthday. No one would answer the phone. I finally drove down to pick one up and the workers acted like checking the freezer for a $40 cake was too much hassle. When I asked for happy birthday to be written on it, the girl rolled her eyes like I was bothering her. Too bad, I use this drive through for an after Costco treat every week, I won’t be coming back.

I was given the WORST customer service by the manager of this DQ. I will NEVER go back to this DQ!! Manager really said that he hired a bunch of new workers that are making ALOT of mistakes! Nothing like just saying sorry for not giving you the right order and trying to make it right he decides to blame it on his workers. Not friendly at all and he’s got horrible customer service!!!

Today, I walked into this Dairy Queen with what should’ve been a simple interaction ending with me eating an ice cream cone. I won first place in a local sport competition and received a free small cone coupon as part of the prize. When I handed the coupon to the young woman at the counter. She looked it over, and wasn’t sure if it could be redeemed at that location. So she went to ask a coworker. Unfortunately, her coworker was just as puzzlers, so they both brought in a third employee, a man who I believe was the manager. That’s when the tone/ atmosphere shifted dramatically. This man barely acknowledged me before snatching the coupon and examining it like I was trying to pass off a counterfeit coupon. After several long, silent moments, he abruptly said the coupon was invalid, despite the fact that it clearly stated it was redeemable at any Dairy Queen location, with no purchase necessary. His attitude was cold, basically accusatory, as I had done something wrong just by presenting the coupon. It wasn’t just a simple denial, but it felt personal, as if I had somehow insulted him by daring to redeem a coupon won the same day. He glared, dismissed me, and shut the conversation down. To their credit, (which I truly appreciate ) the two original employees (clearly compassionate and customer satisfaction focused) immediately offered to personally pay for my cone out of their own pockets. That offer alone showed more kindness than I had expected, and it honorable at the least. But even that was not allowed. The manager shot them down harshly, telling them off in front of me. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and utterly unacceptable. The real issue wasn’t the cone, it was the tone. The lack of basic respect, the unwillingness to look into the situation or honor a legitimate coupon, and most of all, the way he shut down two employees who were simply trying to do the right thing. This experience left a sour taste far worse than any ice cream could have fixed. I hope this location reflects on how this was handled—not just for me, but for the sake of the team members who were trying to do right by the customer.
