    Service here has gone down horribly in the past few months. Today we sat down for over 15 minutes before someone even walked up to our table and in the past it's taking longer and longer to receive any form of service, to order, receive food, or receive our bill. Would not recommend it until they change their ways.

    Came in for dinner the other night. greeted with a smile we were promptly seated. by front staff. and Kelley took care of us His service was excellent: his recommendations on food and drink were great. watched some of the game and had a great meal. it was nice to be offered refills and extras. thanks so much for a great experience. we will be back for sure. impressed.

    We tried to order online. Could not use gift cards, so we call. Placed a timed order, showed up 5min after it was scheduled to be ready. Waited for 25min more only to find out it is double the cost vs online. Then when we tried to ask why it took so long and was double cost. The lady was rude and goes do you want the order..not sorry or anything. So no I don't want it. Bye and never again. And I will tell everyone.

    4 beers in 4 hours during a football game and were cut off? Terrible service had to wait half hour bare minimum for 1 singular drink. Waited 1 hour for our food then right after finishing the food were cut off. Manager is useless couldn’t even find her. Server was brand new but even at that how can you ask a customer what a “well whiskey and coke” is? I mean damn I knew yall were bad but as my first time in 4 years attending. This is the worst spot in Yakima

    Everything was horrible. Maria, our waitress, was not friendly at all and made it very clear she does not like her job. She was annoyed when we were taking too long to order, she never once came to check on us. She never smiled. Food was warm and hard to eat. The atmosphere just felt weird, it was obvious that they were short staffed. The host was bussing tables, spilled a cup of ice water on the floor and just left it there. Lazy, unprofessional, and rude. We will not be back.
