- LPLunar PrincxApr 9, 20261.0Placed a pickup order via door dash, and despite the order being confirmed by the store the employees claimed there was no order and were extremely rude. When we called the number provided by door dash to confirm we ordered at that location, the same employee started screaming at us over the phone. We had to escalate to door dash support in order to try and get a refund. Will never order at this location again.

Had to go back up and ask for them. The Girl that was waiting the counter was handling money, taking orders, and picking up food with no gloves. Avoid this place, should be no stars..

Girl with red hair sounds like she hates her life/job and was rude on the drive-threw speaker. Then, when we got to the window, she started handing stuff to us fast without saying anything and didn't even say anything without shutting the window when done lol (sorry, I find it kind of funny for how unprofessional it was). Definitely be careful if she is working that day!

Buuuut the only reason why im giving this 4 stars is becuse of the drive thru... AI Should Not be a replacement for Human understanding Unless you like to repeat customizations or be there for a while reasioning with the Ai like your trying to calm it down from a hostage situation (Not really but it feels like it) Do yourself a favor and skip Drive thru... just order in.
