- CTChynna Toler5 days ago1.0The ai generated voice taking my order took my order incorrectly. It had me getting 3 meals, my chili and an extra drink. (The order i asked it for was 2 large meals and a small chili) The total was almost 50 dollars. I didn't realize the order may have been wrong until after they scanned my card. The worker got the manger once I realized the order was wrong. She asked for my card so she could do a refund. A few seconds after having my card again, she handed it back saying she was just going to give me cash instead. I was handed $11 and some change and she just said i switched this meal for the orher which is the same price and took off the extra drink . (To me made no sense) Looking at my receipt, the extra meal i was charged was almost $13 and the large drink was almost $4. I won't be returning after this, and wanted to warn others to pay attention in case this happens. My mistake for not asking them to repeat my order before paying. 🤷♀️

We drove up to the window and they did finish are order, the workers were at least nice and understanding but I DO NOT recommend going through the drive thru unless wanting a poor experience

Overall very happy with the price and the food. Yes, it's fast food but it's been consistently good and reasonable in price. Plus, my daughter really likes it so that's a win as well. I'll be back.
