I ordered way ahead for Christmas and though they were going to be busy they said it was no problem. I ended up getting a call at 9am on Christmas morning (put in for a noon pick-up) telling me "we aren't frying anything today". I told her it was ordered a long time ago and that was the main part of our meal. Did she have any suggestions since they close at 3pm and now I am without a dinner?? Nope not one. Why are they not frying anything? No answer. Just sorry and she hung up. Thankfully the Cleveland Ave store had an amazing lady working in their deli that was willing to do a large order at the last minute. God bless her because I was beyond stressing. This is just super crappy to do to people the day of with no reason why.
