First there was a man who only ordered one large sandwich with custom additions and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare the order and give it to him. Then my order, I was careful to be very specific and did not order a lot. One combo meal and 3 value meal items. They placed the order with something totally different that what I told the cashier. I was going to bring back the other persons value menu items and have them re-done but, keeping my screwed up order item but,...I decided that there may be a better chance of getting it right if I just made a fresh order. So, placed the new order and paid for it. I specificlyntold them no pickle or onion, the cashier repeated it back and seemed to enter something in. I got the sandwiches and there was pickles and onions. We left! Won't ever stop there again!

The pickles were lovers instead of neighbors. There was ketchup on top of the bun. The toppings were basically all on one side. The cheese was unmelted. I give McDonald's leeway, but this was just a bad experience.
