The guy who took our order was such a pleasure to talk to and the guy at the window who gave us our drinks, made sure our cups didn’t have any spilled coffee on the sides! Had and awesome experience! I've been to some DBs and, while they are good, this stand just can't be beat. Even during the ornament drop, they were slammed and still had a happy controlled chaos.

It was pouring rain and there was a very friendly staff person wearing jeans and sneakers taking orders outside. It is shameful that this man was not provided rain gear for what I assume is a common practice of taking orders outside. Then they were out of what my kid wanted (a chai, so not even something off the menu and weird) so I ended up spending $7 (plus a $2 tip) on a 'peppermint mocha' that that tasted like milky, weak coffee. Terrible experience that is completely the fault of bad management. Ordering enough product and providing rain gear seems like a reasonable thing to expect from the owner and managers.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
