Mathew was so sweet to my 4 year old daughter complimenting her lipstick she did herself and shook her hand introducing himself. The interaction was very wholesome and made my day. Also the girl at the window saw my daughter and asked her is she wanted whip cream which made her super happy. This was the best coffee trip I've had in a long time. Thank you

They have a system down that seems to work well to get the line moving! The staff seems like a team that helps one another, they all work together and encourage each other to help keep the good energy up! - XSxSarge SlaughterJan 21, 20261.0I would like to start this off with the note that I enjoy Dutch bros and come here everyday now with that being said, over the past week the service I have received from here has been painfully slow. Wait times have increased by alot when they usually arnt that bad. The other day I was at the speed bump near the back of the store and it took around 20 minutes for me to get my drink. After a week of experiencing this I asked one of the barista’s why the wait times have been so bad the past week, and was told it has probably came from a new policy change they wouldn’t go into it anymore but, whatever change that was made should be taken into consideration and they should revert back to how they were operating so the wait times arnt so bad. Other than that the place is great.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
