  lobby is always super duper clean i love eating in the chipotle tumwater lobby it’s so peaceful and clean

  Food and serving crew is awesome. The manager's on the other hand lack some serious professionalism. "Management Team" is having a meeting in the dining area discussing employee's in front of employees. There was 3 people behind the counter. 4 manager's, one manager asks the counter crew to do a lobby check when they are clearly short staffed. Piece of advice from a manager. Be part of the team. You are not a leader barking orders. Help the people you work with. Its really sad honestly and I feel sorry for the people under these managers. After being confronted for taking pictures, with a lobby full of people just highlights the lack of professionalism.

  Ordered from door dash 2 bowls and a burrito. When all food arrived one bowl was only half full missing corn salsa, guacamole romaine and sour cream and what it did have of what I ordered was a very tiny amount. The other bowl had a huge hair in it! The burrito was supposed to have double meat but had almost none and was almost all rice. Def recommend you go somewhere!

  Went in late one night, absolutely FIENDING for a feast. I'd never been to Chipotle, (tourists amirite?) and the young manager behind the counter was able to point me in the right direction. Ethan put together THE BIGGEST of BIG BACK MEALS for me, it was truly a defining moment of my trip to the US OF A. The crew kept whispering "we be lookin" while I was eating, which was slightly strange.. yet comforting. When I left the store after completing the feast, one of the crew taking out trash yelled "beefing with my chick while I'm in jail". Whatever that means? Thought this was a Chipotle, maybe I'm just a boomer now. Either way, solid 10/10 - would go again.

  This has been the second time in a row specifically Little Rock location has messed up on our order once again. I order the kids meal; my son only ends up with just the Quesadilla. I know I double checked the order. I asked for side of rice, black beans, and Guacamole. Honestly disappointed on the management here. It's never consistent. I would rather go drive the distance to West Olympia mall to get the order right, that Chipotle is consistent.
