  Horrible experience, ordered for pick up, asked to tip at a fast food joint. Still tipped 15%. When we picked up the food, half the order was missing, and the part of the order we received we checked the temperature and it was at 70 degrees when we got home(we are five minutes from chipotle). Called the store and the manager didn’t even seem to care, we are out $70 for three meals that is inedible, we will call the health department on Monday.

  It's more the brand itself that I give a lower score. They added seasonings to the fajita veggies that just makes them really salty, I wish they hadn't. Location is nice, tho and the employees were very kind.

  Frequent Chipotle customer. Tried this location for the first time. Started with more than usual wait time for what seemed to be a less busy day. In the food trays from where they serve. Saw more than one instance where one food fell into another food tray. There were some lettuce in one of the salsa trays and no one cared to pick it out and kept taking food from that tray. Chicken and veggies tray were empty. Other than the main server there were two other servers, probably from the drive-thru who came to get chicken. Noticing that the tray was empty they got it from the chefs desk. No one cared to refill the main tray. I asked if I can get veggies if I waited. It was not even closing time and they said there is no more veggies. Portion size was very less, lesser than other Chipotle locations. But the main reason I am giving one star is because of the food quality. Chicken was tasteless. Rice was dry and the new green sauce that theysold for $1.75 was a total miss. This location does not live up to Chipotle standards. Corporate should train these people urgently.

  The people there was great, the only thing that wasn't good was that my burrito was smaller then at other Chipotles and the veggies on my burrito were so salty I could not taste the veggie part.

  Ordered a protein bowl. Came covered in 2 cups of sour cream. Did not ask for extra anything. Messy and gross. Ruined the whole experience. Ended up throwing it away. Couldn't even scrape off the excess sour cream. That's all it was, all sour cream. Gross. Won't be back to this location.
