I can tell it’s just been reheated and it’s subpar at best. The staff was so snotty and rude to me and I have no clue why. I will never go to this Panera again and idk if I’ll go to Panera anywhere else because of my experience here. If you’re reading this and wondering if you should go here, just go somewhere else, I promise you’ll be happier.

The portions are small so its my fault for continuing to come here but its the employees too. You can tell they do not like working here and it absolutely comes out in the food. I received a hot chocolate that was barely half full, and the person behind the counter just said, "sorry." They did not care, because they are miserable, which made me feel miserable. I genuinely will not be coming back here.

I was enraged to know that the staff were as impolite as to make fun of my girlfriend while we were still in ear shot. They made fun of her physical appearance and clearly had no form of professionality in the workplace. I already spoke to a manager and I am glad that he seemed to take the matter seriously. Employees who have no form of respect in customer service should not be working here, customer service has no place for bullying or harassment, and it is a shame what took place earlier tonight. I hope that the proper actions were taken by management.
