  Visited this location while feeling hungry I. A pinch near the airport and I will never return. The order takers were rude and when I ordered the menus item number they kept asking me if it’s medium or large. I thought the burgers are all one size and was confused what they mean when I kept on asking medium or large when I asked what do you mean. A simple it’s the size for the fries would have saved me a lot of confusion and a bad taste in my mouth. Picking up the food I asked the attendant if there’s a trash can on premises and he said “I don’t know!” The owners should seriously consider training these folks to be a little bit courteous and customer focused so that they don’t drive away Mc Donald’s paying customers and their business away. Also when I was told to wait for my order while stepping out I stepped right on to someone else’s trash that they had left behind and I won’t blame them as there was no visible trash can anywhere on the parking lot. The customer not good thing I can say is that the food tasted good but even that I’m questioning since I’m not sure if it was the quality of the food or the fact that I was so hungry at the time.

  Why is it every time I go through the drive thru, I'm always asked to pull to the opposite side and wait for my order? Food is the same you'll get at any other location, just the speed sucks.

  As good a McDonald’s can be. Actually have a play area that is open and clean, very clean bathrooms and good service. The main bathroom was being cleaned and the employee went out of their way to lead me to the bathroom near the play area. I was amazed at the caring customer service.

  I live across this McDonald’s so I have no choice to come but let me tell you, The service is awful. Placed a mobile order and parked. No one in drive thru and no one waiting for mobile order. 10 mins passed and my order is not yet out. 2 cars came and parked next to me and all got their orders. I reverse and go to drive thru but after realizing there’s like 4 cars in drive thru at this time, I go back and park and knock on door. This was 10:20pm. No one knew where my order was and the employee kept saying i probably put wrong number. I did not but even if I did, there was no one there but me for 10 mins. Anyway finally, a nice lady comes out with my order apologizing after realizing their mistake. My order was probably overlooked for more than 20 mins. This is not the first incident. Another time, my order was given to a wrong car and I had to get down and show my order on my phone and the manager on duty was so rude when it was not even my fault. 3 other times I order hotcake and sausage only to come home to no sausage. Every week I have at least one awful experience at this McDonald’s. If not for my kids and being so convenient to my apt, I will never come here

  The group of woman working on Wednesday March 18th 2026 at 8:25Pm (20:25) are completely incompetent, I paid for food i never received but they gave my food to either their friends or another customer then let me with nothing (no food) but a PAID bill! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow this is disappointing because I come to this location often (I live in the neighborhood) I had left five star but that's GONE now! Maybe they should learn to be honest employees
