The dasher claimed to have delivered it, but my Ring camera never captured him delivering the food. I called Panera, and their employees were very kind and worked to find a solution. The dasher told Panera that he delivered the order to the wrong apartment, which doesn’t make sense since the delivery instructions clearly said to hand the order directly to the customer. I’ve ordered delivery from Panera before and have never had an issue. I probably won’t order delivery again to avoid this happening in the future, but I will continue ordering from Panera. Their food, service, and employees have always been amazing. Panera should report the dasher so this doesn’t happen again. I only received my order because Panera remade the food and I picked it up in person.

The prep station was where the disconnect happened. 1.) They forgot the extra BBQ sauce on the side. (Told the later at the prep counter and she acted as if it was no big deal) 2. They added onions when we specifically stated not too. (See picture) I havent been to Panera in years and now I see why. Bring the old Panera vibes back where cooks took pride in their work
