  I visit this McDonald’s often for coffee in the morning. Recently more often than not I have been given coffee that has coffee grounds in it. It’s to the point I almost expect it. Nothing is worse than taking a sip of coffee and getting a mouth full of grounds. Somebody there needs to fix this problem and figure out what is going wrong in the brewing process to cause this.

  It's McDonald's; no it isn't healthy and it definitely doesn't qualify as fine dining but that's not what people usually go there for. You go because you know what to expect food-wise and for the consistency of their offerings...oh and you still gotta love the fries

  Horrible service the African short girl had a Attitude on new years day because she didn't no how to count and I gave her a $10 bill and 50 cent piece clearly if u charge my card for $4 and my remainder balance is $3.37 u owe me $7.13 back right not $6 and something nice try then the latina lady manager gone say could u pull up your holding the line whattttt wow what a way to start 2026 off with distasteful customer service I wouldn't recommend the tukwila McDonald's to no one!!!!!!

  I ordered a medium coffee and fresh spicy chicken wrap. When I paid for it I clearly said to young lady taking my money. Please make it cooked to order/fresh. Her response, it's noted as fresh. I went to the next window and they handed my order. I checked my wrap and the chicken is cold. So I gave it back. The person took my wrap and next came a man trying to tell me the wrap is cold and blah blah blah. I told him the chicken is cold. He told me it would take 7 minutes pull around. I pull around take a sip of my coffee. Taste bitter and safe to say McDonald's coffee is good overall. They bring my wrap out less then 7 minutes so that let me know it still wasn't cooked to order/fresh. My question to the team. What is the procedure for customer who request fresh/cooked to order ?
