Saw my order litteraly sitting on the pick up rack. Called customer service and had to beg to get a refund. I ordered it for pick up at 12:20 pm on Dec 8th. Got there at 12:25 pm and doors were locked with employees inside. Tried knocking but they went in the back to hide instead. Disappointing with the lack of customer service. Maybe turn off your orders if you're going to be closed.
