  Staff always in a horrible mood. I visit this place once a week because I love wings but dislike the staff doesn’t matter if you seat at the bar or dining are, takes so long for a server to come to your table you literally have to be asking for everything they don’t even ask if you ok. Staff always making faces. Last night was the worse I feel like the server wanted to home and I even told her she could bring the check and then she keep coming back asking if we need boxes and taking the plates we were still eating and we had already paid give her a tip and everything she was still trying to kick us out it was 11:30pm and they don’t close until 1am Horrible service.

  The food is very good, but my family and I find it stressful to wait so long—it takes the waiters a very long time to take our order, and it takes a long time to bring the food and the bill. They should improve that!

  Came on veterans day and expected to have some waiting time. We out down outr name and came back in 35 min just to wait in in the waiting area for another 15 min with noone around ti greet us or give us an uodate. The place wasnt even busy at this point. Many tables were empty. Our server was nice but she messed up so many things.we never got our waters and had to remind her for my husbands soda and my beer. She also told us that they will have buy one get one free and you can imagine our surprise when the Bill came. I waited longer for my beer than the food and when I ordered another one it took well over 25 min and reminding her twice that i am still waiting on that beer. Ordered all flats and that didnt work out, ordered fries and got steak fries. I mean it was just all wrong. Server had a buzzed cut died red and Black. Maybe she just needs more training but it was super disappointing especially when you walk out of there leaving well over 130 dollars. It was just bad. My husband is a soldier and we choose bbw but this location lacks on customers service. I hate to put working people under the bus but it was just bad and I hope she will learn from this. Noone has time ti sit there for 45 min waiting on a beer when theres kids wanting tioleave.

  If you are there to pick up a to go order, be prepared to be stared at and ignored by every employee in the building. They will let you sit there silently until whoever is the designated to go person comes back from wherever they were. Genuinely, at least 3 different employees made eye contact with me and I was completely ignored. Must be too difficult to say “someone will be right with you”, or even acknowledge that someone has walked into the building. I guess sweeping their sections 2 1/2 hours before close is more important! Regular occurrence here too, so just go somewhere else.

  They could be 5 stars. They have never served us warm food . Ice cold food every time . Never once has it been warm. It just sits and sits before it’s served. To go or dine in its sits .
