After that, I noticed unauthorized charges of $18, $21, and $22 on my bank account for three consecutive days. These charges have not stopped. Today, I contacted my bank and closed the debit card I used at this store. Since I still have the card in my possession and no other store is involved, it’s clear that these charges are coming from this location. It appears to be a scam. I will be reporting this to the police. Please check your bank account if you’ve purchased from this store recently. I strongly advise avoiding this place and sharing this information with your family and friends.

He proceeded to talk with his other co worker. When asked to help us he said he couldn't because the other employee was taking our order and its policy that when one cashier is already helping our group only that cashier can complete our groups order, its policy. So my question to the employee was ok so instead of 3 employees coming together to help get a group of 6 order together to make a faster transaction our group of 6 were hovering around the ice cream waiting for the employee already helping us complete 1 order and feeling rushed because the other 2 employees talk to eachother while waiting for another customer to come in. Been to other malls with Baskin-Robbins and this one was disappointing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
