- TRTaylor Rising5 days ago2.0The most disappointing CFA ever… wrong drinks, sandwich was missing cheese, got charged .20 cents to REMOVE tomato and had brown wilted lettuce. On top of the messed up order, the service was terrible. Not a single hello when being greeted by the runner or at the window. No “my pleasure” or “have a good day” either. Every worker we came across seemed like they hated their life. I’m all for giving benefit of the doubt but I will not be going to this location again. * receipt added to show cheese selection and drink choice. We received 2 lemonades and were missing 1 sweet tea (lemonade was watered down and warm and the tea tasted like mop water) *

Director was super kind and sweet and interactive customers and really wanted to make conversation so that was really nice and free refills! I would definitely recommend to a friend

I must say the service was amazing and not what I expected at all from a fast food restaurant. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Special shout out to Dylan Bennett, who is their Talent Director and was willing to roll up his sleeves and helped clean the spill my son created. My son felt bad and Dylan even took the time to make him feel better. He was absolutely a gem and with a Talent Director like that, no wonder this location has wonderful workers. Also, they have a fun and clean indoor playground for kids to spend their energy! This will definitely be a new regular place for us.
