- CLCathy LamMar 27, 20261.0I went to Baskin-Robbins around 5:30 PM today and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a scoop of mint chocolate chip, and the texture was extremely soft—almost melted, like a smoothie. It was not normal at all. I politely told the young male employee that my ice cream seemed off and asked if I could get a scoop from a firmer batch. He refused and said, “that’s just how it is.” That didn’t make sense, especially since my friend’s ice cream (a different flavor) was clearly firm and properly frozen. I explained that I’ve had mint chocolate chip many times before and it’s never been like this, but he dismissed me and walked away without offering any help or solution. Poor customer service and low product quality. Definitely not the experience I expected.

My friend ordered a mango smoothie and was given something completely different—with a savory sauce in it. When we went back to get it fixed, the cashier flat-out ignored us multiple times. We asked for the manager, hoping for better service, but she was even worse—rude, dismissive, and acting like we were the problem. Absolutely unacceptable service. We will never be coming back, and I’d strongly warn others to avoid this place.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
