  This is by far one of the most poorly managed Wendy's franchises in America. Check out there yelp reviews. It's obvious they paid for a block of positive ratings. Horrible behavior, disrespectful staff, multiple violations of safe food preparation, made an effort to make a simple complaint to the manager, and she just stared at me, no acknowledgment, no verbal communication.

  This location is usually if not always backed up in the drive thru. Its truly a hit or miss with the food. I've came across a few great workers throughout the years, despite the line being long and whatnot.

  I ordered 7 biggie meals and none of them came with the nuggets. I had to drive back and get them. While they gave me replacements without hassle there wasn't much of an apology or anything. I am not coming in like a karen demanding something, but a little empathy and maybe a free desert for my trouble would of been nice. In their defense they were super busy.

  Efficient staff. Drive thru orders aren't easy. But they were patient. And got our three person wacky wants orders correct. That was amazing. Buy the free ice cream, with purchase, thingy card good for the year. It is in support of a very good cause. Helping children and teens in the foster care system find forever homes with loving families. Doesn't mean they are cut off from their first family. It means they can have a home, a life, a family, where they are safe. Stable. And a chance to live a life with a future that doesn't end with being put out on the street because they aged out, wasn't treated well, no one cared about them. They deserve a chance to be happy, and become a positive part of society. They are our future too. Be a part of something that will change lives and make the world better, for all of us. Its only $3.00. Heck buy several. Give them to your friends. This is a good Wendy's too. Go there. Good food. Great prices. Wonderful staff.
