I've never had a great experience at this location. Drive thru lines always takes 10 minutes to get order, even if I'm the only one in line.
My order is rarely accurate; items are usually missing and the staff is very negative when you ask them for the correct items you paid for.
Today was my final straw and I do not want to come back.

This was the worst experience by far I’ve ever had in fast food. We spent time in a lengthy line, which was not the problem, we are understanding that large orders slow down the line and there was lots of big families in front of us. My issue is that we were handed our drinks without straws, and told to pull up in front of the building. No further instructions, no time frame, no hey, the nuggets might be a while. No communication at all. I waited at least 5 minutes before I walked into the store asking for a timeframe. They said 2 minutes. 5 minutes later Miss Manager, walked out with two bags and all she said was spicy chicken? Apparently she didn’t even bother to check that both orders she had brought out were very similar. She got mad at ME for grabbing the bag SHE handed me because “now the other customers aren’t gonna want this now that you’ve touched it” and huffed off to hand the car in the spot, who had been waiting half the time, their order that I had “contaminated”. We watched her walk back into the store just to throw her hands up and very visibly start yelling at her employees. Fire this woman immediately, she clearly can’t handle her mouth.

If I could give negative stars I would! This is the SECOND time now that I have ordered just a large shake on a mobile order, I give them about 15-20 minutes before I leave my house to come and pick it up an when I come to pick up my order is still not made, I stand and wait for 30 minutes after I placed my order and they still haven’t even begun to make my order. I asked when it will be ready now that it’s been over an hour since I placed my order for just a single shake and her response is “we’re kind of slow right now so idk”. I just watched you make 10+ of the EXACT SAME THING THAT I ORDERED and your response is “IDK”. That’s the straw that broke the camels back. Then as I walk out and I cancel my order I noticed that the short chubby blonde with glasses is keekee hahaing it up with the short black haired girl with a bunch of face piercings as they point an laugh at me standing outside. Not sure what they were laughing and pointing at, But making a customer wait so long for a simple single item while your blatantly ignoring them and talking bad about them in their face is extremely unprofessional behavior and rude to say the least. No wonder why their rating is 1 and a half stars. Every visit here the wait is long, the staff are rude, and the food is always wrong or cold! This “TEAM” needs some SERIOUS RETRAINING AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! Otherwise they will just keep losing more and more customers and their rating will just keep getting worse as they continue to be more deficient in their understanding of “Customer Service”. This is the LAST TIME I CHOOSE TO SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Ordered in-store at 930. Food did not arrive until a full hour later.
Staff was blaring loud rap music through the whole building. Counterplace seemed completely disorganized and haphazard with recipes thrown anywhere. Had a constant stream of DD and Ubereats drivers coming in and standing around crowding the area.
Employees seem confused and unable to get a hold on their work and their restaurant. No one seemed to know what was going on, especially the employees.

I honestly feel bad for the kids that work at this place. This restaurant is so poorly managed that the employees really have no clue what’s going on. I just waited 45 min for a $23 order, giving them grace till I talked to the lady in front of me who had been waiting an hour for a $12 order. I never got my food because after 45 min I got a refund and left. When asked how much longer till we get our food, the kids working the window and counter told us there were about 50 active orders and we were still 12th in line. This restaurant prioritizes mobile and DoorDash orders over drive thru and in-person orders. The lack of communication with customers and complete lack of sense of urgency could only come from a place with terrible management. I would never return to this restaurant- we even warned the people going into the restaurant about the wait time and they turned around and left as well. Don’t waste your time or your money. McDonald’s is right around the corner if you’re in a hurry.
