  I've been to this Taco Bell a total of 4 times. I have avoided this Taco Bell for the past 2 years, despite it being the closet one to my home, because they have burnt every single quesadilla I would order for my son. But I foolishly stopped here today, against my better judgement, because my son really wanted a taco bell cheese quesadilla and it was the only location on our way home. I convinced myself that it would be fine, since it had been so long. I told myself this location couldn't possibly still be burning something as simple as a cheese quesadilla. Wrong. Not only did they burn it, they put the creamy jalapeno sauce on it when I asked for no sauce. My son is young and the sauce is too spicy for him. They took down my order correctly. But there was still creamy jalapeno sauce all over the quesadilla. Though I understand this can be a simple mistake, this location is the only one I've ever been to that still puts the jalapeno sauce on when I order a cheese quesadilla without it. I've been to countless Taco Bells in and even outside the United States. My first mistake was stopping here in the first place. My second was not checking the bag before leaving. It was late and and I wanted to get home to feed my son, but I should have known better than to trust that the food would be okay, especially with my past experiences here. My son pulled it out to eat when we got home and was so upset. I wasted money and had to throw something together for him to eat. What irritates me the most, is they can clearly see when they have burnt food. Yet they choose to wrap it up and serve it to their customers anyway. That's wrong. Once is an accident. But every single time over several years? That's a choice.

  There food by the time we got it was cold way to cold and on top of that the tacos and burritos where not a good portion we grabbed 2 party boxes

  This is I've of the best Taco Bell restaurants in the area. I don't even live nearby, but if I want a snack and am on 512 between Puyallup and Lakewood it's very easy to quickly grab a taco and get neck on my way.

  i ordered via the app for dine in for my lunch break, came in and misheard 5he employee yell out a name which sounded like mine, i took the wrong order by accident, saw it was a mistake, brought it back and apologized twice. the line cook woman, right in front of me very angrily kept telling the entire staff about what i did, embarassing me ecen further for a simple mistake, then that woman told ME to throw the food away cuz she couldnt serve it. then kept talking about my mistake more. i asked for a refund cuz now i felt really uncomfortable being there and thatvthe line cook was being aggresive towards me putting me on blast like that, manager came out and told me that the line cook did nothing wrong and couldnt give me a refund so i left before things escalated. i paid them, got no food. embarassing behavior from adults
