I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, and the priority was to make sandwiches that had been pre-ordered rather than the walk-in customer. Subway has gone downhill since its heyday.

When you get there you get told, we have not started it yet. They say you have to wait until the people that are in store are helped, then they will work on your order! Try to cancel the order and there is no way to do that. Try to call customer service and they only have a chat bot.

And the worst part of it is I walked in the door and there's only one person in front of me this is the slowest place ever and I mean slow like molasses I don't know how they can stay in business like this because well my sandwich is being made like several other people walked in waiting and half those people walked right back out after a few minutes
