We came here for the first time tonight for burgers and fries. I ordered the cheese burger and my hubby got the double- bacon cheeseburger. Fries were pretty good- came out hot and crispy. The burgers, on the other hand, came out barely warm and were pretty small. The meat was bland and of a very little amount. The classic bun kind of fell apart after a few bites. The signature sauce, which is described as "mild", was not, in my opinion. Definitely had a bite to it with some kind of pepper or spice as my mouth and throat stung. My husband told me
" Burgers are okay, but not worth the high price". Unfortunately, for me, the burger I ordered was definitely not something I'd get again. I don't understand all the hype. But, perhaps, I am in the minority as many people seem to like the burgers and the place was packed. The wait staff was very nice 🙂.

Stopped by for a burger and it all went to hell from there. I never made it past the Kiosk... the options were limited on the machine and the staff, while mostly friendly (one was indifferent and muggy acting), couldn't get any further than I at the limited Kiosk.. never did get a burger.. here's the deal... I eat OMAD (One Meal A Day) and as such, a double or a triple burger isnt gonna cut it... this is where something intuitive in a kiosk or a staffer in the know is key... I needed like 6-8 Patties, no bun, no ketchup and no sides... it never happened. They wanted me to order 3 doubles or some combination to get to the patty count... problem here is the price for entry is already elevated and doing it 3 times just for extra protein is dumb... I only rarely come across a place that can't sort this out.. had I done the multiple burger thing I was facing a$60+ meal for the sake of getting the extra patties.. NOPE. I went elsewhere and spent something like 28 bucks for the patry count I was after..
Smelled bomb inside though... fun location hidden in a hotel... wish we could have done some businesses.

Finally came here with my husband for little celebratory dinner for his retirement from the military before we leave the area! Let's just say this place definitely lives up to the hype! Hands down one of the best burger places in Western Washington! We've been to a lot of burger spots in the Tacoma Seattle area and this place takes the cake! Burgers were hot and juicy, fries crispy, and the shakes so deliciously nostalgic! Though I bit pricey it's definitely worth it in flavor and great customer service!

I LOVE this place!!! The smash burgers ACTUALLY deliver, especially compared to other places who claim to have smash burgers but really don't.. or they at least lack flavor. BUT I'm telling you the real star of the show is the Maharaji wings! They absolutely SLAP!! don't be basic and get ranch.. no no no, get the syringe of garlic sauce and put some on every single bite. If you like big flavor and great crispy dry rub texture that is still super juicy, then trust me you won't be disappointed. Also, I've seen this place going crazy with customers and door dashers and you name it, but not ONE TIME have I received anything less than fantastic service there. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent. Not the cheapest meal compared to some other places, but you get what you pay for.

Came here for the first time based on online recommendations. My friend ordered a single smash burger combo and specifically noted an allergy to pork and ordered a burger that did not have bacon on it. We ordered our food to go and when we came up and asked if our name had been called we were told no by a server although turns out our food was there sitting in the same to go bags we saw for at least 10 minutes as we came up 10 minutes again and were handed the bags that had been sitting their that whole time. When we got our food it was cold and luckily we decided to eat some food there as my friends burger had bacon (pork on it) luckily she checked it before taking a bite or she would have had an allergic reaction. She brought the burger to the front with her receipt where they confirmed an error in the kitchen was made, one server mentioned to the kitchen that was a serious mistake. When the new burger was brought out nothing further was said regarding the mistake with the allergy or any compensation offered. The food itself was slightly above average but due to the high price point and allergy concern and safety risk we likely will not be returning. I do not normally write reviews but thought those will allergies should be aware.
